Welcome to Leah’s House of Refuge, a non-profit 501 (c)3 organization established to meet the ever-growing needs of the local community in East Charlotte. Leah’s House recognizes that life can present challenges to people, and not everyone has access to resources to help. It is our goal to provide those resources of assistance to those who need them. Leah’s House is making a difference! We are here to help.

we provide the tools that you need
Leah's House has several programs to aid and assist our local community. We are an official location site of the Charlotte Works Care3 Program. We also house the emergency food bank of Faith Soldiers Word Ministries in partnership with the Second Harvest Food Bank of the Metrolina to provide emergency food pantry assistance to qualified families. We also partner with Garinger High School, providing mentorship and tutoring for At-Risk youth. Additionally, we assist with GED Classes, Job Placement, Resume Building, Clothing, and Wellness.
